It is an independence support facility for people with intellectual disabilities near Oita Station, aiming for people with disabilities to live normally in the city. In addition to the office, the building also has a work room for employment support and accommodation facilities for living independence training. On the first floor, as part of employment support, there is a sales floor for ingredients made at a farm in Kuju and a yakiniku restaurant. As a regional base, it has attracted a considerable amount of customers.
